All sales are final.

We carry used products and hand crafted items that each have their own history, patina, quirks and signs of age and wear. That's part of their charm. We do our best to describe any major issues or flaws. Images supply additional details. Review descriptions, images and ask any questions before purchase for clarification. 

We acknowledge things can go squirrelly sometimes.. If we've made an egregious error on our part let's talk and try to see if we can reach a solution. Because of the unique nature of our products, we unfortunately, cannot accept returns on purchases. 

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to create a solution.
